The unique identifier of the device that will be created from this escrow device. Needs to follow the rules for device unique identifier. See documentation for devices.

The token that uniquely identifies this escrow device record. The token must match the token stored on the device's file system according to the escrow device documentation. See documentation for escrow devices and device transfers.

Designates the device as an LwM2M device. When 'true', the response will include the PSK for connecting the associated Device (endpoint) with the EdgeIQ LwM2M Bootstrap Server.
