Data Retention Policy

Here are important points about device data that passes through the EdgeIQ Cloud, in the form of a report.

• Data reports produced by devices can come to rest in the EdgeIQ cloud via a Report, through a Cloud Ingestor, or via Relay Policy Action
• Device report data sent to our system will only be stored for 72 hours, and then purged
• Device report data is not stored in our logs by default. We can, at our discretion, temporarily choose to store device data in our logs for investigation purposes
• Any system logs produced with device data in them for investigation purposes will be purged after 72 hours
